Good morning notes from Joe Packard — written each day, one cup at a time.

Joe is 83. For fourteen years he cared for his wife Anne, who lived with myasthenia gravis. After nearly sixty years together, Anne passed on January 16, 2025. He left their home and now lives full-time in his van — traveling, as he always has, visiting friends and making new ones, writing these words wherever he’s parked. His goal is simple: enjoy life. These reflections are becoming a book called Your Cup of Joe.
